Why does Firewall AI use a VPN service, and why can't it run alongside other VPN apps?

Firewall AI utilizes an internal VPN service to reliably monitor and secure your entire internet traffic. This allows the firewall to effectively control, block, or permit individual app connections based on your security preferences. Importantly, this internal VPN operates solely as a local security layer on your device and does not establish connections to external VPN servers.

Please note: Due to technical limitations in Android, only one VPN service can run at a time. For this reason, Firewall AI cannot be operated simultaneously with other VPN apps such as NordVPN, Mullvad, or IVPN.
